   Choose the specialist and share your preferred window and reason for visit. Two minutes.

2. Step 02

   A named agent picks it up

   Within four hours, a Concierge Agent contacts the specialist's clinic on your behalf.

3. Step 03

   Slot proposed & confirmed

   We hold a slot with the clinic, negotiate timing, and confirm back to you.

4. Step 04

   You pay only after confirmation

   Consultation fee + concierge fee are collected via a secure Razorpay link — never before the slot is locked.

5. Step 05

   We stay with you through the consult

   Reminders, rescheduling, prescription follow-ups. One human, one thread.
